Because all of our items are made-to-order with custom branding, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
We’ve got you. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email photos of the issue along with your order number to Giana@designedbygi.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll report the issue to our print provider and work to get you a replacement or refund ASAP.
Note:
We cannot process a reshipment or refund without photo evidence, so be sure to include clear images of the item and the issue.
